The Adrenaline Room
This class combines upper and lower body cardio Kickboxing combinations done on a kickboxing bag with strength training sets using your own body weight, dumbbells, and other strength training equipment to give you a full body, fat blasting burn!
Gloves are required. You must bring your own or purchase a pair online (pick up in the Adrenaline Room).
