Yoga at Trend Fitness will  help you develop body awareness as you learn basic postures, and proper alignment. Learn how to sequence breath and movements, and become familiar with the connection to your physical and energetic body. Relax, unwind, and take care of you!

What to bring?
Yoga mat (Yoga mats available for use in Studio) & water bottle.
Yoga mats & bottles of water are also available for sale on site.

What to wear?
Comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely.
