Kickbox Strength X (30 min class) This class combines upper and lower body cardio Kickboxing combinations done on a kickboxing bag with strength training sets using your own body weight, dumbbells, and other strength training equipment to give you a full body, fat blasting burn!

Gloves are required. A few pairs are available to borrow or purchase your pair online and pick-up in studio.
